Refund and Returns Policy
At Arogyamart, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience for our customers. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our returns, refunds, and cancellations process.
Returns Policy
Important Note:
For a hassle-free return and refund process, we recommend recording an unboxing video of the parcel before opening it. This can expedite the resolution of any issues.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Returns must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- On-demand products and bulk orders are non-returnable. If returned, only 80% of the total order value will be refunded (if applicable).
Exclusions:
The following items are not eligible for returns:
- Products not in their original condition.
- Items damaged or missing parts due to reasons not attributed to Arogyamart.
- Items returned more than 7 days after delivery.
Requirements for Returns:
- A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
- Do not send the product back to the manufacturer; returns should only be processed through Arogyamart.
Refund Policy
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours and reflected in your account within 5 working days.
- Refunds will be processed via your preferred method:
- Refund to the original payment method.
- For COD orders, a form must be completed to provide bank account details for refund processing.
Important Notes:
- COD charges and taxes are non-refundable.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank for any processing delays.
- If the issue persists, email us at info@arogyamart.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us at info@arogyamart.com.
Shipping for Returns
- Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
- For items valued above ₹500, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled online within 1 hour of placement through your Arogyamart account.
- Once canceled, refunds will be processed within 48 hours and reflected in your account within 5 working days.
- Orders already shipped cannot be canceled. Customers refusing delivery after shipment will receive a refund only after the product is returned to us.
Arogyamart Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Non-availability of the product or required quantity.
- Errors in pricing or product information.
- Issues with delivery due to courier service limitations.
- Any other circumstances beyond our control.
